We offer embroidery services on your items. Simply bag them up, label the bag "Monogram Closet" and drop off at our remote location, Mr. Shipper, 6586 W. Atlantic Ave, Monday - Friday 9-5:00 pm, Saturday 10 - 3:00 pm.
Inside the bag, on a piece of paper, WRITE DOWN YOUR CONTACT INFO, INCLUDE A PHONE NO. TO TEXT YOU & EMAIL TO SEND INVOICE, state the FONT style, COLOR of thread, LOCATION and HEIGHT of the embroidery. Be as detailed as you need to be to get the point across.
We pick up and drop off the items for embroidery and finished items on Thursdays. You will be EMAILED when your item is ready for pick up. If you need expediated services, call us, 561-271-4603.
Items with logos will be charged by the stitch count. Please email us the DST file. If you do not have a DST file, one can be provided costing $45 and up, depending on size and complexity.
We accept Venmo, Zelle or credit card (+5%) payments. We will text or email you an invoice. Please take care of it promptly so it doesn't delay the drop off.
We are not responsible for your item should it be lost or damage. Items left longer then 30 days from pick up notice will be disposed of. If you cannot retrieve the item in that timeframe, please contact Mr. Shipper 561-499-8988, they will ship it for you or ship it to you. Please don't leave heirloom or valuable items. Contact us if your item is questionable before drop off.
